ONLINE PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you'll receive plenty of 1:1 attention from Janice at your convenience in the comfort of anywhere with wifi (and a space to roll around of course) in these customized online sessions!
Online training plans include a one-on-one consultation with Janice Liou herself (conducted over Skype or FaceTime)

  1. Choose the duration of our time together
  2. Pick an available time/date that works best for you
  3. Fill out the form below
  4. Attach/send any photos you find relevant to our session (optional) - if sending more than 2, email me
  5. Get ready for our session! (the below are just some tips to prepare)
    • Have a mat and props ready: 2 blocks, 1 strap, pillows/cushions​
    • Make sure you have a strong wifi connection
    • We will either Skype or FaceTime (to be set up 24 hours prior to session)
    • If you are looking to deepen flexibility: be somewhat warmed up prior to our session

Release and Waiver of Liability
By enrolling or participating in this, or any other training programs by Janice Liou, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • I understand that all payments made are non-refundable, including but not limited to payments made for consultations or training plans.

  • I will not participate in the program unless I know I'm in the proper physical condition (including obtaining proper advice from a medical provider, where applicable), and immediately stop any exercise or program should I feel pain or become injured.

  • I, for myself, my heirs, executors or anyone else who may claim on my behalf, hereby waive, release and forever discharge Janice Liou from any and all responsibilities or liability from personal injury of any kind resulting from participation in this program.

  • I understand that flexibility and strength training is a potentially hazardous activity with certain risks, foreseeable or not. Some of which are included but are in no way limited to: bruises, muscle strain, muscle soreness, back/neck injuries.

  • I understand that these sessions have been designed and created by Janice Liou, and fall under copyright/trademark laws as intellectual property. As such, these sessions may not be recorded, resold or bartered, for material gain or material profit of any kind, without expressed written permission and fair compensation to Janice Liou.

  • I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Janice Liou.

 

By submitting this form, and participating in this program, you are indicating that you have read all of the above material, and fully understand this waiver and any/all risks or benefits of this program. You are also acknowledging this document may waive certain legal rights, and you are doing so voluntarily. Finally, and possibly most importantly, these sessions are meant to be beneficial and help you achieve your goals for flexibility, strength, and general wellness - let's begin!
